527,867. Rotary pumps. SCHIMKAT, G. April 21, 1939, No. 12100. Convention date, July 5, 1938. Drawings to Specification. [Class 110 (ii)] In a rotary pump where the lateral leakage from the pressure-chamber varies as the arcuate length of the chamber changes during the course of a revolution, a corresponding lateral leakage is arranged for from the delivery into the suction chamber. By this means the total leakage, though increased, is kept at a constant value and irregularity of flow due to variable leakage is avoided.
