Class 64 (i) In an air-heating stove comprising a columnshaped casing 1 enclosing a coaxial firebox 2 and flue tubes 11 extending from the top of the firebox, air to be heated being passed, e.g. by a fan 7, upwardly over the firebox and tubes, the firebox is provided on the outside with helical ribs or baffles to guide the air flow, and the tubes 11 are oppositely inclined to the baffles. Conical air flow guides 14, 15 are provided inside the tube nest. The firebox has a lining 2a and a refractory arch 6 on the side opposite to the oil burner 5. Specification 619,862 is referred to.
