Class 135 [Also in Group XXVIII An automatic shut-off valve for a fluid-pressure system comprises a spring-loaded closure member 12 actuated through a rod 14 by a cam surface 16 on a plunger 17 attached to a bellows 18. The valve controls communication between a reservoir 10 and a duct 13, and the member 12 is held off its seat by reservoir pressure arising in the bellows via a passage 15 and a port 19a. When the reservoir pressure falls below a predetermined value, a spring 18b moves the plunger and cam to permit the spring 22 to seat the member 12. In a modification, the cam 16 is formed on a piston acted on by reservoir pressure. In a further modification, the bellows is in axial alignment with the closure member and acts thereon through a stirrup-shaped member.
