Class 97 (i) An odd number of reflecting surfaces are arranged between the objective and the ocular to bend the optical axis through approximately 180 degrees to form a completely inverted image. As shown three reflectors R, S, T are arranged between the objective M and the ocular Z, so that the final image C appears inverted in three directions with respect to the object A. Where there is more than one ocular an odd number of reflectors is placed on the axis of each ocular. Specification 662,989 is referred to.
