Abstract
652,918. Insulation for dynamo-electric machines; transformers. WATSON, F. (Aktiebolaget Elektrolux). Dec. 17, 1948, No. 32692. [Classes 35 and 38 (ii)] In order to reduce the wear on the stamping or punching tool in the manufacture of iron core laminations for dynamo-electric machines, transformers, &c. the iron sheets are first coated with a difficultly soluble phosphate layer which also acts as an insulation between layers. Specifications 386,739 and 397,179, [both in Group II], are referred to.
