Abstract
629,809. Liquid-fuel burners. LUCAS, Ltd., J., and MARLOW, F. J. Dec. 9, 1947, No. 32428. [Class 75 (i)] [Also in Group XXIX] A fuel injection nozzle comprised of a body part b, and an end part d, held together by a cap n, is characterized by the formation of an annular chamber c between the end and body parts. A disc i is loosely located between the two parts and is pressed against the inner surface of the end part. Tangential passages formed in the end part lead from the annular passage into the swirl chamber e and outlet nozzle f. The disc i is centred in the chamber by projections in the form of a spider.
