624,283. Liquid storage tanks. PICKLES, R., and PICKLES, J. June 26, 1947, No. 16892. [Class 69 (i)] A fuel or other liquid storage tank 7 is encased with a puncture sealing material comprising a sheet of sponge rubber 3 bonded under pressure through coatings of rubber latex 6 to composite sheets 4 of toughened paper, and over this casing is sewn, whilst stretched, one or more coverings 8 of elastic fabric, the fabric being woven from textile and rubber threads.
