586,477. Mounting terminals ; insulators. BROOKHIRST SWITCHGEAR, Ltd., CHALMERS, W. R., and DAVIES, J. S. March 18, 1944, No. 5073. [Classes 36 and 38 (i)] A device for securing a body such as an electrical connector in an opening in a panel consists of two bushes each divided longitudinally and provided with holes through which a bolt is passed for drawing the bushes together. Fig. 3 shows a conductor 13 held in an opening in a panel 12 by two bushes 10 which are shown in perspective in Fig. 2. Each bush is made in two parts which may be moulded from plastic insulating material and which are provided with grooves or recesses 16 to receive the bar 13 and with holes 18 to receive bolts 19 which hold the bushes together. To prevent longitudinal movement of the bar it is provided with a pin 22 the projecting ends of which engage in holes 17 formed in the halves of each bush.
