[Class 51 (i)] [Also in Group XXVI] A combustion chamber for a gas turbine, which is surrounded by an air jacket k through which air passes to enter the combustion chamber and to mix with the products of combustion leaving the chamber, is provided with an annular wall i which divides the air stream into two portions ; one portion enters, through perforations in the crown c and burner tube d, into the combustion chamber near the burner and the other portion passes to the air jacket k.
