[Class 29] Compression machines.- A part of the refrigerant is evaporated between the condenser b and the mair evaporator c and the vapour at the intermediate pressure is used in a multistage injector device tc entrain the vapour from the main evaporator and deliver it through a pipe m to the compressor a. The injector device comprises a valve member n, separating chambers d . . i, and jets j discharging into combining nozzles k connected for series flow of the entrained vapour.
