545,160. Charging blowers ; hydraulic clutches. DAIMLER-BENZ AKT.-GES. Nov. 18, 1940, No. 16608. Convention date, Dec. 6, 1939. Addition to 500,401, [Group XXIX]. [Class 7 (ii)] [Also in Group XXIX] The claw clutch of the combination described in the parent Specification in which a charging blower is driven through a hydraulic coupling, is replaced by a friction clutch 6 which is operated by a lever 9. Liquid is supplied to the coupling 7 when or after the clutch is engaged and after the clutch is disengaged the coupling is emptied.
