[Class 115] The lashing spar is modified to serve as a raft comprising two longitudinal members 3 spaced by transverse bars and provided with buoyant rope puddings 4, buoyancy tanks and life lines. The spar is attached to the boat by the lashings provided with quick release devices and is lowered by the auxiliary falls.
