[Classes 108 (i) and 108 (ii)] [Also in Group XIV] A perambulator having a body which can be readily disconnected and used as a cot comprises a canvas body a with adjustable 'end a<1> slung from frames b, b<1> which are supported by two U-shaped members b<2> having pear-shaped holes i for engagement with.shouldered pins h mounted at the ends of strips f slung from a tubular frame d by springs g. Longitudinal strips c connect the members b<2>, and stays j, connected to the frames d by pins k, when the body is mounted on the undercarriage, can be connected to the strips c, when the body is used as a cot, by transferring the pins k to holes l. Screwthreaded pins with wing nuts may be used for connecting the members b<2> to the underframe instead of the means shown. Specification 430,492 is referred to.
