[Class 75 (i)] Liquid fuel supplied through a nozzle 5 issues through radial orifices 8 in a jet 7 on to a head 9 rotated rapidly by propeller blades 10 in the path of air supplied through a pipe 1b to a nozzle 1. Part of the air escapes through a nozzle aperture 1a around the head 9 and carries the atomized mixture into the furnace and the remainder escapes to the combustion chamber through ports 14 regulated by an adjustable ring 13.
