492,819. Mixing liquids in flow. KENNICOTT WATER SOFTENER CO., Ltd., and PAGE, G. C. April 9, 1937, No. 10078. [Class 86] In apparatus for mixing reagent with a stream of water &c. a secondary Venturi is shunted across a main Venturi in the stream and connections are made between a supply tank and the main stream and throat of the secondary Venturi respectively. The reagent, prepared in a tank 4, is charged into tanks 1 and 5 by a pump 3. Water from the main 8 is led into the tank 1 and forces reagent from the tank 5 into the throat of the secondary Venturi 10, a needle valve 14 controlling the flow.
