486,745. Semi - rotary engines. HARAGSIN, J. Feb. 23, 1938, No. 5715. Convention date, Feb. 23, 1937. [Class 110 (ii)] A four-stroke internalcombustion engine has a piston 1 pivoted on a hollow shaft 2, and inlet and outlet valves 12. Cooling fins 5, 14 are provided. Power is transmitted to a shaft 9 by levers 7, 8 and cranks. Packing pieces 6 seal the piston. A cam-shaft 16, for actuating the valves, is driven by the shaft 9 through gearing.
