Abstract

465,887. Valve amplifying circuits. BAIRD TELEVISION, Ltd., and WHITE, G. W. Nov. 15, 1935, No. 31705. [Class 40 (v)] A carrier frequency modulated by a wide range of frequencies is amplified by a pair of push-pull connected valves, the tuned circuits associated with one valve being tuned to a frequency greater than and associated with the other valve being tuned to a frequency less than the carrier frequency. The source may be a circuit LIC1 tuned to the carrier frequency and may be coupled inductively or by feeders to the input circuits. The output circuit L4C4 is tuned to the carrier frequency and similarly coupled to the valve anode circuits.
