[Classes 36 and 37] Two series of cylindrical parallel-connected electrodes 6<1> are brought into capacitative relation with one another by series of insulationseparated conductive cylindrical plates 6, arranged so as to form coaxial cones. These cones may be embedded in insulating material such as styrene, and may be enclosed in an outer ceramic shedded sealing chamber to form a cable terminal.
