461,823. Wrenches. CANNON, A. F. C. Sept. 9, 1935, No. 25017. [Class 61 (iii)] A pipe wrench comprises a lever B with wood hand grip A and a chain I pivoted at C near the extreme end of the lever and on its longitudinal axis, the free end of the chain being engaged by a hook E on a right-angled extension of the lever. Disengagement of the chain from the hook is prevented by a second projection F fitted with a spring ball catch G, H. Clearance for pipes of various diameters is provided by hollows D on the lever and right-angled extension near the pivot C.
