[Class 83 (iv)] [See also Group XVII] The flange of a sealing-cap f of a bung closure is engaged beneath a shoulder b by radial pressure only and the joint is rendered secure by a lining e of cork, rubber, asbestos, &c. which may be used repeatedly. The radial pressure is exerted by jaws g,and a holding member h of the closure tool bears lightly on the cap to prevent it moving upwards.
