429,148. Electric incandescent lamps. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN, Emmasingel, Eindhoven, Holland. Sept. 10, 1934, No. 25996. Convention date, Oct. 3, 1933. [Class 39 (ii)] An electric incandescent lamp with a gas filling of crypton or xenon, or a mixture of both these gases, is provided with a filament wound in the form of a multiple helix within a bulb whose internal volume in cubic centimetres is less than W + 25, where W denotes the wattage of the lamp. The pressure of the gaseous filling may correspond to a mercury pressure of 40 cm. or less. Nitrogen, or argon and nitrogen, may be added to the gaseous filling.
