Abstract
424,555. Rotary compressors. STEINMANN, K., 48, Anton Graffstrasse, and CLAUS, G., 5, Bankstrasse, both in Winterthur, Switzerland. Oct. 16, 1934, No. 29578. Convention date, March 23. [Class 110 (ii)] The compressor is provided with an eccentric rotor b surrounded by a resilient bush c fixed to the rotor, with a space d arranged inside the portion of the bush which contacts with the casing bore. Holes e allow communication between the space d and the pressure side of the rotor. A sliding - rocking abutment h is controlled by connecting rods at each end of the rotor, which are actuated by cams m concentric with the rotor b. A non-return valve r is provided in the delivery port.
