The clutch may consist of dry or greased couplings, hydraulic, pneumatic or magnetic couplings or the like, and the use permits cone-driving to be dispensed with. Any desired operative process, such as stretching and intermediate liquid treatment, may be effected between the nozzle and the delivery roller, and between the delivery roller and the bobbin.
