407,607. Automatic - feed weighers. HENNEFER MASCHINENFABRIK C. REUTHER & REISERT, Hennef-on-Sieg, Germany. Aug. 9, 1933, No. 22248. Convention date, June 27. [Class 143.] An automatic weigher is provided with a pendulous pre-loading weight 4 mounted on the frame and acting on the weights pan 3 through the medium of a transmission lever 9 so as to pre-load the weigher during the main feed, the pivotal axis 7 of the pre-loading weight being disposed at an angle of 90‹ to the line of the fulcrum knife-edge of the scale beam. When the main feed is cut off, the pre-loading weight rests against a stop 10 and is thus rendered inoperative during the dribble feed. The pre-loading weight is situated at one side of the weigher so as to be readily accessible.
