[Class 126.] In gas heating- apparatus, primarily for clinical purposes, of the kind comprising a burner c at or near the focus of a concave reflector b, a refractory body e of disc-form is carried by a bracket d mounted on the burner so that the flame impinges on it. The burner is preferably of the Meker type, and the front end is screwed on to the body so that it may be adjusted to and from the disc e. A wire mesh screen covers the lower part of the reflector.
