[Class 126] A gas or electric fire adapted to be fixed to a wall comprises a panel a carrying the burners or heating elements and mounted on trunnions in spaced relationship to its supporting frame b, the panel a being capable of angular adjustment with respect to the frame b within limits determined by stops. The trunnions may be carried in brackets extending outwardly from the frame b. A circumferential rearwardly extending flange is provided on the frame b to secure it to the wall. The tilting of the fire enables heat to be radiated into the room at any desired angle within the limits.
