Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 120 (ii).] A tension-equalizing device for twisting-frames comprises an elastically mounted threadguiding member between the delivery bobbin and the winding-up device. The thread passes from the delivery bobbin 5, over the jockey pulley 9 mounted on a resilient arm 10, which is under the influence of a coil spring 12, the tension of which may be adjusted by engaging its end 14 with a selected projection on the quadrant 13.
