Abstract

382,567. Rotary engines. SULZER F R ’ RES SOC. ANON., Winterthur, Switzerland. May 10, 1932, No. 13410. Convention date, May 11, 1931. [Class 110 (ii).] In a reversible engine or pump the outwardlysliding abutment k which bears on the periphery of the eccentric, rotating, piston c, is provided with ports i, side by side, to control the admission of working fluid to the chamber f, or from the chamber g leading to an exhaust e. The reciprocating movement of the vane is imparted by the shaft b through connecting-rods h. The ports i may be displaced radially with respect to one another.
