Abstract
381,491. Thermionic valves. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN, 13D, Emmasingel, Eindhoven, Holland. April 5, 1932, No. 9813. Convention date, May 18, 1931. [Class 39 (i).] An electrode support 10 is mounted on a protuberance 12 on the pinch 3 and the leading- in wire 21 is taken through the wall of the stem 2 at the point 22. The filament 4 is supported and tensioned by springs 17 mounted on a glass rod 14 which is secured to and spaced from the anode 6 by wires 15. The invention is applicable to anode and grid mountings, and to diodes or multi-grid valves.
