Abstract
349,867. Adjustable seats. GRAY, J. R., (trading as GRAY & SON, D.), 175, Holburn Street, Aberdeen. Sept. 11, 1930, No. 27116. [Class 52 (ii).] An adjustable seat comprises a pair of spaced vertical brackets 7, a support 9 for said brackets, a journal 10 at the lower front portion of each bracket, a series of notches 14 in a curved upper front edge of each bracket, a seat proper 6 having a pair of projections 15a for co-operating with the notches and a pair of stays 12, journalled at one end to the underside of the seat and at the other end 12a in the journal in the bracket. The seat may be folded into the position shown in Fig. 3.
