426,432. Folding seats. LEWIS, G. A., 27, Powlett Street, and LEWIS, L. J., 7, Silver Birch Road, both in Wolverhampton. Dec. 21, 1933, No. 35933. [Class 52 (ii)] The rear legs C of an X-frame chair have a pin-and-slot connection with seat-bearers a lying between the front and rear legs, there being a corresponding spacing device F at the leg pivots e. The rear legs and seat fold into the plane of the front legs. If desired, notches may be formed in the upper side of the slot a<5> to provide an angular adjustment.
