Seats, arrangement of.-A folding seat for a vehicle is hinged at its one side to a support, such as a front seat 1, and has a back-rest 3 which, when the seat is moved into its out-of-use position, is caused to extend over, or to lie opposite to or against, the side edge or side portion of the back 4 of the front seat, as shown, in plan, in Fig. 4. Such a seat is shown in Fig. 1, pivoted at 6, and having a foldable leg 8 operated by the link 9. The front seat 1 together with its attached auxiliary folding seat may be slidable.
