Abstract

163,634. Thornton, T. R., and George, J. Sept. 27, 1920. Folding seats.-A seat, of the type described in Specification 153,806 and adapted to be folded against a vertical support, such as a part of a motor-car body, is provided with folding legs 11 which are connected by links 13 to continuations 14 of the upper links 3 supporting the rear part of the seat. The legs are connected by a turnable cross-bar 17, which may serve as a handle.
