Seats and seat backs, arrangement and disposition of.-A folding or auxiliary seat for motor-vehicles is constructed so that when the seat bottom and back are folded down they form the cover of the locker. The bottom b and back c are pivoted at b<1> and c<1> respectively so that they can be turned from the dotted line to the full line positions. Each section is padded on one side, and on the other painted or covered with rubber or metal. The back c is provided with jointed or slotted stays f which also serve as arms. The bottom b when in use rests on stops e.
