Projectile fuzes.-Relates to clockwork fuzes in which the trigger 1 of the striker is released by the forward movement of a radial pointer 2 under the action of a spring 5 when the arms 8. 9 of the pointer are released at the appointed time by slots in the timing member of the clockwork. According to the invention, the clockwork comprises two or more time rings 7, 13 which are separately set by the rotation of separate caps 6, 12. Each ring has a pair of slots, such as 11, which can be set one above the other or at different angular positions, in which latter case the arms 8, 9 of the pointer must escape first through one pair of slots and then after a further rotation through the next pair of slots before the striker is released. In this way, the setting may be extended over two or more revolutions.
