Abstract
279,476. Allgemeine Elektricitõts- Ges. Oct. 21, 1926, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Delivery pipes; regulating delivery.-Constrictions, or enlargements, or both are provided in rigid sections of the liquid fuel delivery pipe from a fuel pump of an internal-combustion engine, in order that fluctuations of pressure in the pipe may not cause the fuel injector valve to be opened between the fuel injection periods. The constrictions may be formed by the insertion of a ball in the pipe and the size of the constrictions and enlargements should be so arranged that the total volume of the pipe is unaltered; they may be placed at bends of the pipe.
