Tyre attachments to rims.-The wired edges of a rubber &c. tread band C are formed with spaced gaps Ii, the exposed portions of the wires E being engaged by pairs of hooks F which are clamped to the wheel spokes H by bolts and nuts G. According to the Provisional Specification, the retaining-wires may be provided with loops to receive the hooks.
