359,341. Wheel tyres. STEVENS, A., 45, King Street, Ramsgate, Kent. Feb. 6, 1931, No. 3822. [Class 144 (ii).] A detachable tread band 1 is secured to sideretaining rings 5, one or both of which may be adjustable, by means of transverse straps 4 embedded in the base of the band and having projecting ends looped or hooked to the rings 5. The band 1 may be formed of rubber, leather, or metal links.
