Hand and foot actua. tion force-transmiting mechanism, - In the motor-car known as " Austin seven " in which the hand brake operates the front-wheel brakes and the foot brakes the rear-wheel brakes, an attachment is provided whereby the foot brake operates the brake on all four wheels. The attachment consists of an arm A secured to the foot-brake cross-shaft by a clamp B and bolts and by a screw C and having pivoted thereto an adjuster D carrying a pulley E around which passes a. cable. The ends of the cable are secured to the front brake operating-arms by plates and bolts.
