Magnetic instruments.-A pivotally adjustable magnet structure for a telephone receiver, more particularly of the loud-speaker type, has its pole pieces disposed in such a manner that the direction of the flux is at right angles to the axis of the pivotal support and in the direction of the length of the magnet structure. The magnet structure is identical with that described in Specification 243,431, but the claims relate to the above and certain subordinate features.
