Vertical feed rollers F, D, and horizontal feed rollers E, C carried bv the framework G are driven through chain and toothed gearing from the calendering - machine. The arms B are providad with anti-friction rollers S, V, T, certain of them acting in conjunction with the feed'ing- rollers to prevent the stretching-device from being drawn forwardly.
