Abstract
201,681. Clark, H. C. Feb. 19, 1923. Direct air-pressure apparatus, automatic; valves for pressure fluid, actuation and arrangement of. - In a pneumatic ejector for raising liquids, the compressed air port is controlled by a sleeve valve 1<a> carrying an atmospheric valve 1 and actuated by a float 8 sliding between stops 9, 10 on a rod 7. The ejector may be mounted in a float chamber 13 or on a wooden &c. float. In another form, the atmospheric valve has an aperture closed by a pilot valve carried by the sleeve valve.
