Abstract

154,736. Stanley, J. Sept. 16, 1919. Air - pressure sprayers. - A nozzle fitting for an air-brush or similar sprayer comprises a tip A provided with a flange B directly screwed into the nozzle E and having a bearing surface which makes a tight joint with the colour head K. A ring G is attached to the head of the nozzle and held in position by screws engaging the groove J. This ring is provided with two oppositely-directed inwardly inclined airducts H which increase the atomization of the liquid and form it into a flat jet. The nozzle is provided with four ducts I by means of which the air supply to the ducts H may be graduated and the plane of the atomized spray varied. Specification 125,177 is referred to.
