Abstract

1404872 Mixed fibre yarn KAMMGARNSPINNEREI BURGLEN 9 Oct 1972 [1 Nov 1971] 46456/72 Heading D1F and D1W Yarn is spun from a mixture of wholly or mainly of man-made staple fibres of at least three different degrees of fineness, the fibres of middle range of fineness predominating over fibres of each other such range. Natural e.g. animal or vegetable such as wool, cotton and linen, may be included in the mixture. The fibres may also differ in staple length, crosssectional form and/or material. Fibres or slivers or rovings thereof each representing one range of fibre fineness are mixed at the carding, drawing or combing stage of spinning.
