1312309 Making strip or sheet steel STAHLWERKE SUDWESTFALEN AG 2 Nov 1970 [3 Nov 1969] 52007/70 Heading B3A [Also in Division C7] A ferritic steel containing in percentage by weight: the composition being such that F is in the range 3À3 to 6, where F is determined as: is hot rolled, annealed in a bell furnace in at least two stages between 970‹ and 600‹ C., the temperature being lowered by at least 30‹ C. between each stage, and cold rolling in a number of steps, any intermediate and/or the final anneals being effected at 650-820‹ C. for 5 seconds to 10 minutes, possibly continuously.
