Abstract
1308484 Annealing steel strip NIPPON KOKAN KK 16 Nov 1970 [14 Nov 1969 24 Dec 1969] 54499/70 Heading C7A Cold rolled strip containing not more than 0À08% C and not more that 0À003% soluble nitrogen is continuously annealed by heating to a temperature between A 1 and 800‹C, soaking, cooling to below 500‹C at more than 50‹C/sec. and holding between 300‹ and 500‹C for at least 10 seconds. The process is also applicable to steel containing not more that 0À08%C and 0À01-0À06% Al which has been coiled at not less than 630‹C after hot rolling.
