1293467 Making plates; altering physical properties FUJI IRON & STEEL CO Ltd 20 Feb 1970 [21 Feb 1969] 8262/70 Headings B3A and B3V [Also in Division C7] A slab of steel containing in percentage by weight:- Si less than 4 Al 0À005-0À04 S 0À01-0À03 N at least 0À004 Mn such that the product of Mn and S contents is 0À0002 to 0À0011 is heated to 1150-1280‹ C., hot rolled, cold rolled in two stages with an intermediate anneal (e.g. at 800-900‹ C.), decarburized (e.g. at 750-950‹ C. in wet hydrogen) and finally annealed (e.g. 1100-1200‹ C. in hydrogen).
