Four-stroke-cycle engines; cylinders, cooling.- Cylinders a', b<1> are inclined to one another at an angle of 180 degrees, their pistons being connected to a common crank which makes an angle of 180 degrees with a second crank, to which is connected the piston of a central cylinder c<1> slightly offset from a plane containing the outer cylinders. The cylinders are cooled by air drawn through cowls q, q', q<2> by the ejector action of the exhaust gases which are discharged through a series of conical tubes.
