Abstract

1,126,123. Stylographic reservoir pens. H. RIEPE and K. H. DITZE [trading as RIEPEWERK]. 12 July, 1966 [12 July, 1965], No. 31350/66. Heading B6P. In a stylographic pen a feed head 6, screwed into the lower end of the barrel 2, is formed with a helical venting channel 10. A drop weight 14 with a wire 16 is movable within the bore 12 of the feed head. A cylindrical mount 20 fitted with a writing tube 22 is screwed into the front end of the feed head 6. Since end face 24 of the drop weight 14 rests on a shoulder 26 in the bore 12, the length of the projecting end 28 of the wire 16 can be adjusted by screwing the cylindrical mount 20 into or out of the feed head 6. Flat faces 30 are provided to co-operate with a spanner. The cylindrical mount may consist of a coloured plastics material, the colour indicating the diameter of the writing tube.
