Abstract

1,119,766. Carton locking means. NORBURY PRINTERS Ltd. 1 May, 1967 [14 June, 1966], No. 26468/66. Heading B8P. A carton erectable from a blank, Fig. 3 (not shown) has a lid 13 which has a flap 16 engageable with a flap 14 to hold the lid closed, such that on closing the carton the flap 16 springs over the flap 14, and on opening it flap 16 springs clear of flap 14. Flap 16 is kept in its folded over condition by a tab 16A engaging a slot 18, and it thus encloses tabs 17. The carton described is of the tubular type with end closure flaps.
